FAQs
1. How do the magnetic pieces attach to the snake?
Each track block snaps into place magnetically the moment your snake's head touches it — no assembly, no pushing pieces together by hand. Just drive toward a bead and it locks on automatically.
2. Do I need two snakes to play, or does one work on its own?
Both! One snake is great for solo building, racing your own best time, and open-ended play. Add a second snake (as a 2-pack) for head-to-head battles against a sibling or friend.
3. How do I charge it?
The snake recharges via the included USB cable — no disposable batteries needed for the snake itself.
4. Does the remote need batteries too?
The handheld remote separately takes 2 AA batteries (not included).
5. What's included in the box?
Snake head(s), magnetic track blocks (7/14), remote(s), and a USB charging cable, a sheet of numbered stickers and screw(s) for assembly depending on whether you choose the single or 2-player set.
6. What age is this suitable for?
Ages 6 and up. Because it contains small magnetic pieces, it's not recommended for children under 6 due to choking hazard.
7. Does it work on carpet, or only hard floors?
It runs best on smooth, flat surfaces like hardwood, tile, or a table — carpet can slow the snake down or make steering less responsive.
8. Can more than two people play at once?
Yes — grab additional snakes and everyone can race together. Great for parties, playdates, or bigger family game nights, not just head-to-head pairs.
9. Are the magnetic pieces easy to lose?
The blocks are sized to be easy for little hands to hold and snap into place, so they're not prone to popping off during play.
10. Is this just for kids, or can adults play too?
While it's designed with kids in mind, the head-to-head competitive format makes it just as fun for family game nights with parents playing along — no age limit on who gets to win.
